Resumo da Semana!</title><content type='html'>&lt;div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"&gt;Bom dia, gente como eu estou feliz depois de tanto tempo eu&amp;nbsp;conseguir&amp;nbsp;terminar 3 semanas de dieta e o que é melhor emagrecendo, nesta semana foi menos restrita em relação as duas primeiras deste modo o resultado foi um pouco menor porem muito significativo pra mim, quando comecei estava com 118kg e hoje estou com 109.6 já se foram 8.4kg nesta semana e eliminei 2kg a minha primeira meta é chegar nos 108 estou quase lá no dia 11/02 faço 1 mês de dieta com restrição de carboidrato diminui muito o consumo principalmente a noite. Não tem sido fácil ficar sem algumas coisas mas os resultado são tão motivadores que da pra superar estas dificuldade principalmente nos primeiros dias. Agora vai...</title><content type='html'>&lt;div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"&gt;Bom dia quanto tempo sem vim aqui...mas não deixei de visitar&amp;nbsp;ninguém...&lt;br /&gt;Resumo de minhas tentativas:&lt;br /&gt;Comecei este blog em 2009 e neste ano eu fiz dieta por 3 meses e emagreci 18kg e comecei 2010 com 94kg&lt;br /&gt;logo recuperei tudo e mais um pouco e no final de 2010 fiz dieta novamente e perdi 16kg e comecei 2011 com 104kg bem recuperei tudo mais uma vez e este ano comecei com 118kg e falei pra mim mesma que só voltaria quando conseguisse pelo menos uma sema certinha de dieta bem eu fiz a dieta das&amp;nbsp;proteínas&amp;nbsp;não é mais&amp;nbsp;saudável&amp;nbsp;mas é a unica que eu&amp;nbsp;consegui&amp;nbsp;resultado.
